We only have one lot remaining at 349 Thames street south, a beautiful corner lot overlooking the 14th hole of the golf course.

 

We have two semi builds completed, all sold people moved in,  one lot left, hoping to get to later this year.There will be one more building with two semis, very similar to the last ones.  The project has gone over very well, lots of demand.

 

2018 is going to be another busy year, our 32nd year in business, hard to believe.  Plans are almost complete for a large home we hope to start around June, and plans are developing for a beautiful garage addition on a Victorian style home, complete with an elevator!

 

Currently we have some renovations on the go and some commercial work at Cami Automotive.
